Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Happy Invitez and our digital invitation website services.

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, selecting a plan, sharing event details or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Happy Invitez provides digital invitation websites for weddings, engagements, birthdays, baby showers, housewarming functions and other celebrations.

Our services may include theme selection, invitation page design, event details setup, gallery setup, RSVP support, location link setup and final invitation link delivery.

Service features may vary based on the selected plan, custom requirements and project scope confirmed with you.

Customer Details and Content

You are responsible for providing accurate names, event dates, venue details, photos, videos, schedule information, contact details and invitation content.

You confirm that you have the right or permission to share all photos, videos, names and personal details provided to us for the invitation.

Happy Invitez is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete or delayed information shared by the customer.

Design Preview and Approval

We may share preview links, screenshots or design updates for your review before final delivery.

You must check all spelling, names, dates, venue details, contact numbers, links and event information before approving the invitation.

Once the final invitation is approved or delivered, additional changes may be treated as revision work depending on the scope.

Payments and Pricing

Pricing depends on the selected package, custom features, urgency, revisions and additional requirements.

Work may begin after payment confirmation or advance payment, based on the agreed project terms.

Any third-party costs such as domain, hosting, premium assets, payment gateway fees or external integrations may be charged separately if applicable.

Revisions and Changes

Minor text or detail corrections may be included depending on the selected package and project scope.

Major design changes, new sections, new features, additional pages, layout changes or repeated revisions may require extra charges.

Requested changes must be shared clearly through WhatsApp, email or the communication method agreed for the project.

Delivery Timeline

Standard listed invitations are delivered within 15 minutes after the customer selects an Invite Studio collection, completes payment and provides all required content.

The 15-minute timeline begins only after names, dates, venue details, photographs and all other required content are complete and usable.

Larger custom requests or later structural changes may require a separate timeline, which will be confirmed before that work begins.

Cancellation and Refunds

Once design or development work has started, payments may not be fully refundable because time and creative work are already invested.

Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the stage of the project, work completed, third-party costs and agreed package terms.

Custom work, urgent work, completed work or delivered invitation links may not be eligible for refund unless separately agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

The final invitation content provided by you remains your event content.

Design layouts, templates, code, design systems, visual concepts and service structure created by Happy Invitez remain the intellectual property of Happy Invitez unless otherwise agreed.

You may share your final invitation link for personal event communication, but you may not copy, resell, reproduce or redistribute our designs, templates or service materials as your own product.

Limitation of Responsibility

Happy Invitez will make reasonable efforts to provide a smooth and reliable digital invitation service.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer content, internet problems, third-party service outages, device/browser limitations, payment provider issues or external platform restrictions.

We are not responsible for losses, damages or disputes caused by the use, sharing or interpretation of invitation content provided by the customer.

Privacy

Your personal information and event details are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By using Happy Invitez, you agree that your submitted information may be used to respond to enquiries, create your invitation and provide project support.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, legal requirements or business practices.

The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
